The key to business longevity hinges on revenue.  Sure, you have to be careful to protect your bottom line, but without revenue you really don’t have a fighting chance to stay alive.

Revenue doesn’t happen by accident.  You have to work at it and keep your eye on the targets you set in order to make them happen and there are three pitfalls that I have found not only to be tricky for myself, but seem to be a theme amongst a majority of my clients that can impact the amount of revenue that you generate from sales – especially if you are a solopreneur and in charge of this important function!
