Finding Big Ticket Clients FAST . . .  and slow

As a business coach, the question that I get asked more often than any other is this, “How do I find clients . . . FAST?”, and I really wish that I had a one-size-fits-all answer, but it’s more complicated than that.

The question that I want to ask back is  – how bold are you?  How much are you willing to face a little bit of old-fashioned rejection in search for the client who needs you right now??

Because the true answer to how fast you find your clients lies in which path you prefer to take.  There are three of them!

It’s a little like the goldilocks story you were read when you were a baby.  There’s one size that fits someone who is a little timid and wants to build relationships in a slow, controlled manner.  Then there is a fast method that is like a steam roller, just smilin’ and dialin’ as we used to call it in corporate sales.

The third choice is the best! It’s a cross between both methods and has a little bit of boldness and little bit of thought leader savvy sprinkled in for good measure.
